By downloading, accessing, or using nil nil, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

1. Description of Service

nil nil is a distraction-free, live score tracking utility. The app provides match scores, schedules, and event updates for informational and entertainment purposes only. Do not make financial or personal decisions based on the data in nil nil.

2. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Pro Features & Tip Jar: nil nil offers optional paid upgrades ("Pro") and voluntary tipping through in-app purchases.

Billing & Payments: All purchases are processed directly by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your store account upon purchase confirmation.

Renewals & Cancellation: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled exclusively by Google Play in accordance with their standard store policies.

3. Fair Use & Availability

Live Data Availability: While every effort is made to ensure real-time score accuracy and high uptime, live data feeds depend on third-party API providers and internet connectivity. nil nil does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free data availability. Do not make financial or personal decisions based on the data in nil nil.

Acceptable Use: You agree to use the app only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial use. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or scraping the app's code or underlying endpoints is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All code, custom styling, layout designs, and branding associated with nil nil belong exclusively to the developer. Team names, logos, and competition names belong to their respective owners and are used purely for identification purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

nil nil is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of (or inability to use) the app or reliance on score/match information.

6. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated occasionally to reflect app updates or legal requirements. Continued use of the app following any changes constitutes acceptance of those updates.
